Empaths and the Shadow – Overcoming Darkness by Creating Light

Empaths understand, as walkers between worlds, the polarities of Darkness and Light.

Every single thought carries energy that affects ourselves as empaths and others. Empaths know and understand this unlike any other individuals, because we take the brunt of other people’s negativity. We feel it in our own energy fields.

Empaths often will hear the very not-so-nice words and literally experience the not-so-nice energy that has been created by others. The mere act of walking into a chaotic restaurant or department store is all that it takes (thus, empaths avoid crowded places like the plague).

Negative energy stays around. If left unchecked, it will accomplish its mission of advancement of the Darkness. One simple negative thought will linger unless we recant those words and take responsibility for our own karmic negativity.

If we do not face the Shadow side and learn to become friends with it, then we will never learn to grow past it, nor be of any real help to others. The shadow side is an invitation to create Light. It can NEVER be changed or altered by merely ignoring it or by running away (which empaths tend to be very good at). The Shadow and Darkness are strong signals that we need to do everything in our power to Create Light.

The goal of the work I do is to teach empaths to be better Light Creators. It is our responsibility to ourselves and to others. Creating Light is done through pure prayer, patience, and finding others who are stronger on which to temporarily rely. We cannot accomplish our Collective task as humans and as empaths unless we help each other. That means asking for help when you know you need it – putting aside your ego. I struggled for many years by myself in isolation, thinking that I had to do it all myself. Only when I dropped that belief did I receive the help that I needed, and get to a place where I now am thriving and not a victim anymore.

It’s my belief that empaths have asked for this experience, and here we are Now with a job to do. Accumulated negativity (otherwise known as Karma) is never altered unless we have a stronger Light energy to absorb it and transmute it. Thus, the power of prayer and intention.

Prayer from a pure and humble heart is strong enough to erase and diminish any negative energy. However, many times it will take years to be enough to overcome the Darkness. This is the not-so-fun aspect of Karma, and of being an empath, sucking up everyone else’s negativity. And yet with patience, it WILL be overcome. That is a Universal truth.

I write these words to offer you encouragement to endure and persevere over whatever hardships that are currently Testing you. There is nothing that is strong enough to break you, unless you let it. And if you let it, then you may just get to come back into an earthly body again and do it all over again, until you get it right.

Go for broke this time. You’re an empath with a job to do.

Face you shadow – clean yourself up. And most importantly, ask for help! This time, let’s all get it right!

3 Tips For Raising Your Vibration

One of the most important things to work on and maintain when it comes to using the law of attraction and attracting everything you want in your life is your ability to raise and maintain a high vibration. Just as light travels at a certain vibration, as does sound, and everything else in the universe, we must learn to raise our own vibration and keep it up in order to maximize our results with the law of attraction. Here are three tips for getting your vibration up as well as keeping it there. 

1. Take the time to visualize every single day about the things you want in your life. Taking time in the morning for at least ten minutes every single day will do wonders for your energy level through out the rest of the day. In today’s world it can sometimes be very difficult to deal with the daily stresses and keep our vibrations up. The more you practice visualizing, the better you will get at it. The better you get at it, the more you will be able to take a mini two minute vacation any time during the day that you need to. Learning to get good at visualizing also allows you to attract things to you quicker. The more you are able to put emotion into your visualization, the quicker the things you want will come to you.

2. Learn to pay closer attention to your emotions and when they begin to dip in energy. The better you get at learning to recognize when your vibration and energy is dropping, the quicker you can fix it and keep your energy up. It is much easier to get your vibration back up if it only drops a little bit than it is to get your vibration all the way back to max if you allow it to drop significantly. Learn to monitor your emotions on a regular basis. This is how we navigate and relate to the world anyway. Our emotions are a natural part of our every day experience. Also learn to recognize what things begin to cause what emotions in you. The better you get at this, the better you will get at learning to guard yourself against those things that cause you vibration to drop. Pay close attention to your emotions, and learn ways to pick your vibration and emotions back up as soon as they begin to drop, including a mini-vacation with a two minute visualization.

3. Change the type of music you listen to. Certain types of music effect our vibration in different ways. Typically, most people will listen to the type of music they enjoy the most because they enjoy the vibration that type of music creates within them. Often times though, this type of music doesn’t create the type of vibration that will allow them to experience the emotions they need to experience to attract what it is they want to attract. Find the music that creates the vibration inside of you that is in alignment with what it is you are trying to attract to yourself. Very hard rock and rap are horrible types of music for a good vibration. You also don’t want to be listening to soft rock or love songs if you are trying to attract money. Though they can put you in a more positive vibration, they are not in alignment with the goal at hand. Evaluate the music you listen to and begin to listen to music that allows you to feel the emotions and vibrations that are in alignment with what it is you are trying to attract.

Deep Relaxation Techniques – Ways to Combat Stress in Life

In these times of stressful living, deep relaxation techniques are indeed in demand and, or course, are good ways to combat stress in life. In these times of demanding jobs and busy lifestyle, most of us have probably forgotten how to relax, and this is one major mistake we must correct.

Stress is beneficial in our lives but can be detrimental too – physically, emotionally and psychologically if left unmanaged. Excessive stress in our lives can lead us to many health problems as well as depression and unhappiness. We may not know it but daily stress that we tend to ignore can pile up for long and be the source of our many health problems.

Thankfully, there are easy deep relaxation techniques that you can do to manage stress and live a happier and more fulfilled life. Here are a few of them that you might find useful.

  • Meditation. Meditation has been an old practice in calming the mind. Although it has been connected with religious traditions, meditation has also become an effective way to combat stress and has been a technique to relax the mind and the body. Aside from being a stress buster, it also helps you increase concentration and focus which are of course important in your day-to-day living. Deep breathing involved in meditation also helps a lot to attain deeper relaxation.
  • Self-hypnosis. Self-hypnosis is also one of the deep relaxation techniques that can also be useful in managing excessive stress in life. In contrast to hypnosis where you will find a hypnotist to guide you to that heightened state of concentration and focus, you can do self-hypnosis conveniently in a quiet place alone. Visualization is an important part of self-hypnosis too. Most often, you can start self-hypnosis by visualizing the tension and stress being removed from every part of your body. Positive affirmation is also used during self-hypnosis, where you tell yourself positive statements. Self-hypnosis also uses the power of suggestion to help you attain a deeper state of relaxation.
  • Imagery. Imagery is also a great technique to help you relax especially your mind. Of course, relaxing your mind can also help you relax your body and overcome the stress you encounter everyday. It can also be a simple exercise to do. You can include deep breathing techniques as well as visualization in to clear your mind and bring yourself to heightened relaxation. Imagery is done by visualizing a place or scene that helps calm your mind – a quiet beach, a peaceful mountainous scenery… and any place your find relaxing. Guided imagery is also a popular technique where you listen to audios that help you picture out a calm scene which also allows you to listen to sounds that will help you put yourself more into relaxation.

Whatever technique you wish to follow, it is important to learn about the technique in detail. The correct way of doing deep relaxation techniques is indeed important to help you achieve that calmness of mind and relaxation of the body. Choose a technique that you can do everyday to manage day-to-day stress. One very important factor in starting with any relaxation technique is to give a few minutes of your time each day to get rid of the all the tension and stress before it will wear you out completely.

STRESS KILLS. Right now is the time to learn ways of reducing stress in your life. Tomorrow may be too late.

Stress comes in all forms:  Elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, chest pains, and even nervousness.

Over the years, I’ve been emailed and contacted with all sorts of gimmicky products that promise to reduce stress levels, but require paying money. RED FLAG! For me, the single most effective way of managing stress is 100% FREE and it’s something you can do in your car, at home, or in the office. The 3 simple steps are:

1. Find Comfort

Find a comfortable position (preferably seated or laying down) where both your mind and body are relaxed. For some, this is sitting in a chair and for others it’s laying down- either way, this first step is critical. For best results, try to avoid standing.

2. The 4:8 ratio

Next, start by inhaling for 4 seconds, then exhaling for 8 seconds. Repeat this 5-10 times. Inhale, exhale twice as long…. relax. Keep it up! Try to get your mind off work, bills, and anything else that stresses you. Now for the best part.:

3. Pulling it Together

Once you have the hang of the 4:8 ratio, start focusing on your muscles relaxing as you exhale. Start with your arms, your fingertips, then your quadriceps, your neck, even feel your calves and ankles relaxing. Inhale, then exhale… feel your muscles literally open up like sunflowers and relax.

It really works! It’s important to keep your stress levels to a bare minimum- your life depends on it.

Amazing solution (from Eckhart Tolle) for all of you who have been asking, how to create a high vibration in and around yourself. Mainly around the subject –how to protect yourself from negative energy or people. And what to do to truly take care of yourself regardless of your environment.

Here are some solutions to clearing negative energy we found useful. Everyone is different, so try them out to see which ones work better for you.

The number one key is to STAY GROUNDED in your body. This means getting regular exercise, eating nutritional food, and cutting out overstimulating things in your life.

Clearing Negative Energy In Your Environment:
1. Smudging your home with sage.
2. Doing Meditation and taking deep breaths.
3. Strategically placing bowls of sea salt in your home to protect you from entrance of negative energy. The salt acts as an absorbent to negative energy.
4. Using protective stones and crystals. Some good protective stones that repel negative energy are Onyx and Obsidian. While Amber and black tourmaline acts more like absorbers.  And Amethyst is considered a healing stone. So you may also want to consider wearing protective stone jewelry. (Just remember to clean the stones regularly with sea salt and water.)
5. Physically clean the place. This removes the old energy and keep the place in high vibration.

Elevating Your Personal Energy and Grounding Yourself:
1. Take a nice warm shower.
2. Take a nice bath using Epsom Salt. Epsom Salt is to help you cut the psychic connection with others so that they are no longer pulling you. Plus, it helps your tired body relax.
3. Use essential oil or scent such as lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary, etc. to calm and relax yourself.
4. Get a nice massage.
5. Meditate
6. Going outside for some sun.
7. Doing any type of physical activities that will help you stay grounded in your body. (e.g. Yoga, Tai Chi, martial art, jogging, boxing, exercise, or some kind of sports you enjoy, etc.)
8. Get some fresh air.
9. Connect with nature.
10. Going to ocean, forest, or mountain area also helps you rejuvenate.
11. Surrounding yourself around plants or trees of high energy.
12. Drink pure water. (Bless your water with positive energy before drinking it. And remember to thank it for purifying your body as you drink it.)
13. Eat proper balance nutritious meals.
14. Feel your emotions.
15. Take care of yourself.

A man in Hawaii healed the patients in a special ward, a clinic for the mentally ill insane criminals… And closed down the entire hospital.

So how did psychologist, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, do it?

At the time this Hawaii State Hospital was filled with individuals who committed murder, rape, and other serious crimes. People who worked there were so frightened of the dangerous environment and unpredictable threatening attitude of the inmates that staff would constantly call in sick. Here’s the healer’s SECRET technique that freed the mentally insane criminals.

By simply feeling and saying these 4 Simple Phrase (in any order you like) daily to situations that appears to you as a problem.

Take ownership…the whole 100% responsibility for the happening. Apologize for the situation and feel that. Ask the Divine Creator for forgiveness thus cleaning and cutting any negative memories, blocks, and vibrations of that unwanted energy from the beginning of our creation to the present. Because we just aren’t that big to see all and why the problem came to existence. We sometimes have to just ask and let and trust the Divine to see it through. And then feel the love and appreciation by saying, “I Love You” and “Thank You” to the Divine Creator and ourselves.

This ritual has the intention to cleanse, purify, release and cut any negative memories and blocks connected to that energy and situations and wiping it clean. Which brings you back to the original state he calls the “Zero” where there are zero limits. This is the state where one is free from the past, wrongs, gunk, and any unwanted energies…  And where space is made for the Divine creator, light, and love to come in.

Only when we have clarity can The Divinity provide us with insight, inspiration and whatever is perfect for us… And true lasting change can take place.

After watching many meditation and yoga videos,  I’ve gained an insightful revelation about one important thing we all need to remember to keep our prana, chi, or energy flow moving.

It’s was actually this phrase one wise person uttered, “If you are not breathing, you are in your head.” that hit me.

This is one of the most crucial steps on staying in your body –present and alert with mental, physical, and emotion clarity. Only when you are breathing and bringing new flows of oxygen can you keep your chi flowing and your body refresh. As in yoga, the breath is seen as one of the life-giving energies or forces of the universe.

With your breath, your connection with the divine (or whatever you like to call it) can be kept open. Most importantly, this will help you stay connected with your surrounding and in touch with yourself.

This is a prayer Kahuna Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona used to heal and clean negative energies, memories, thoughts, blocks, and vibrations making space for the divine to flow through you.

The story goes… during one of Morrnah’s gathering, a student (who could see people’s aura) pointed out that everyone in the room has an aura around them except Kahuna Morrnah. For some odd reason, Morrnah did not have one around her. The student was baffled by this. Then a fellow attendee told her she needs to go outside up to the hills to see for herself. And so the student did, and to her amazement, There it was!… Morrnah’s aura… so grand, that it covered the whole place.
